Jeb Bush And His State Agents Enjoy Stealing Children By Greg Szymanski More than 22,000 children taken by State in 2005; Angry parents want justice and are fighting back Greg Pound had his four children illegally taken away by the state of Florida two years ago after one child was accidentally bitten by his sister-in-law's dog. According to Pound, it was minor bite but in no way justified the state taking away all four of his children especially since the dog was only visiting with his sister-in-law from Michigan. To make matters worse, in his long fight to get back his children he found out the state investigator handling his case, Megan Gallagher, falsified court documents and had been recently nabbed for doing the same thing in at least 26 other cases. "I spent a month in the county jail for refusing to tell Judge Marion Fleming where my wife is living with their new baby (named Moses), as Judge Fleming and DCF want to take that child away too," said Pound from his Florida home. "I have never abused my children and always provided for them with a good living and a nice house. My wife was studying to become a teacher when this happened. We need people to support us and all the other families in Florida who are having their children taken away illegally in an assault by the state. "I can only see one of my children for one hour a week, and they now have cavities and health problems. Also, parents are required by State of Florida to teach sexual deviations to their children as part of their case plan, which is against the Christian religion. "Many scandals are going on in the Florida Department of Children and Family Services (DCF), but why are they lying about the parents to take away their children? It is all about money from federal grants that DCF receives for abducting children at a rate that is 35% higher than the national average. And Pound's case is not the exception but the rule as the number of Florida children removed from their homes hit a record high in 2005 of more than 22,000. The Story of Justin, Part I and II Eleven year old boy burned with cigarettes by DCF foster parents, beaten unmercifully by other kids in the foster home, all because he would not break into a person's house and steal for the foster parents. Child is tortured by being stabbed with pencils and burnt with a lighter while handcuffed. DCF Case managers were notified, but ignored the child's pleas for help. Child had a black eye, numerous injuries, was completely emaciated with his rib cage showing, yet DCF does nothing to the foster parents. The Foster mother was taking pills, smoking dope and usually passed out while the child was being abused, all for three long years with no intervention by DCF. The Mother of the abused child lost her 3 daughters and son because her husband died and she was venerable to the DCF and the "Safe Children Coalition", as she had no funds to fight back. The "Safe Children Coalition" said her home wasn't big enough, even though she had a 5 bedroom home available. No charges were ever brought against her, but they took her kids anyway. The "Safe Children Coalition" takes children from Christian families and puts them in unsafe locations so that they can continue to be funded by your tax dollars. The "Safe Children Coalition" only takes children from poor people, as they do not have the money to fight back against the system. Father Loses Children for Accidentally Tripping Over Electrical Chord Father trips over a cord and falls on child and breaks the child's leg, all the children are taken away by DCF and the husband put in prison. The case plan was completed by the mother as ordered by the State, but Judge Marion Fleming gave as a reason "you didn't learn anything", so she cannot get her children back. Her new daughter, born July 22nd, was taken from the mother as soon as she was born. DCF said her children would be taken for adoption "because they were blond hair and blue eyes and they would go quick." Father Loses Job And Kids Man has a heart attack and loses his job, and DCF and the "Safe Children Coalition" tells him he has 30 days to get back on his feet or he will lose his children. They totally ignore the Florida statute that requires DCF to make every reasonable effort to financially assist poor people so they can keep their families together. In fact, you will not see rich people lose their children, because they can hire a lawyer, who can buy their children out of the system. No, only poor people lose in the Florida "Just-Is" System, as it preys on poor people. The Dept of Children and Families has not helped this man who had a heart attack in any way, shape or form. No School Dance Christian lady loses her child because her child was not allowed to go to the school dance. Don't miss this short one minute video. No Spanking Woman with 6 children, child was spanked by husband and he was kept out of the house by DCF. They turned to the newspapers, and got their kids back, but were taken away a second time and given an impossible case plan. The husband committed suicide due to stress. Horrible DCF Imposed Conditions Horrible overcrowded conditions with 20+ children crammed into a DCF child care. Still, you must leave your children in these "hell-holes" due to court order from the Sixth Judicial Circuit. Other DCF Methods To Take Children No "Reasonable Effort" made by DCF to keep the family together, and any "false positive" on a drug test that is caused by a prescribed medications can cause your children to be taken away, for years, even though no abuse has happened. Another Accident Causes State To Take Children A mother said her son accidentally fell on her grandson, the grandkids are taken away and the son is locked up in jail. She warns us to teach our kids their phone number so that when they are abducted by DCF, so they can call you. Kids do better at home, but DCF makes money destroying families. It is all about money, for DCF.
Mother Accidently Falls; Can't Keep Children, According to Florida Woman fell with her son, and took him to the hospital, children were taken away for three years. The DCF caseworker lied (again) to make this happen. After three years, and $11,000 spent by this family, all charges were dropped. But, the mother was locked up for seven months while pregnant, supposedly to "protect her children." DCF regularly attempts to break up families to get Federal grant money. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO ABUSE IN THIS CASE, only an accident, yet the children were removed, the mother incarcerated, and the family destroyed, with their own tax dollars, and to get more of their tax dollars. And, they were made to pay child support while their children were held hostage by DCF. Four children were taken away from the home by DCF when the father died. The nine year old son was then forced to steal for DCF provider, and was burned with cigarettes and stuck with pins if he did not steal. Plus, the Foster parent was selling drugs, but of course, DCF never investigates its own minions, just the parents. No Toy Guns Woman's son was charged with a felony weapons charge for possessing a toy gun, and then taken from the home. Tests Negative To Drugs But Loses Children Mother working two jobs is accused of taking drugs, but tested negative and lost her kids. She is having to go through a year of drug testing for no reason, other than DCF is trying to hassle her to get her to abandon her kids. Only real abuse should be the reason to remove children. No Due Process Even without abuse, the investigators have the power to take the children. When someone calls in a complaint, you cannot face your accusers, contrary to law. Children rapidly deteriorate under DCF "care". It is all about money, and DCF is not concerned about the children. They are a lawless agency, and do not have to follow trial by jury, or any of the laws of the land. Anyone can call and you can lose your children. For this woman, the refrigerator broke and the heat went out, the landlord was there when DCF arrived and said the problem would be corrected, but they took her children away because they said her son was in an "unhealthy environment." Her eighteen month old child was placed in 3 different foster homes, suffered hypothermia, caught chicken pox, bite marks, cigarette burns, and then struck by foster parent - at only 18 months old. There are hundreds of people this is happening to, and the children are suffering.
